Refund Policy



ALL DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL Sales are final. If a CODE is used for a purchase for a discount that is then a clearance/discount item which will be final sale with NO RETURNS. We will gladly send you a FREE exchange if the package was damaged or also if it has a flaw. We apologize if this does happen and will get you out a new order within the business day as long as a photo is provided.

To be eligible for a new item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with a photo showing the damaged item.

International Orders are all FINAL SALE

For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! 

LiddyHats is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. LiddyHats is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All shipments leave the warehouse in 72 hours or less. LiddyHats will keep you updated as much as possible with your shipment if transit times do take longer than usual. We apologize in advance if this does happen and please contact with concerns. Thank you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
